When you go to your Dashboard or All results you'll be able to see the feedback your customers are giving you.

You can now use this feedback for;

  • improving your offer
  • find problems in your user flow
  • collect testimonials to use on your website or in your marketing material

You can also reach out to satisfied customers to ask them to share more of their experiences with you. Or you can contact dissatisfied customers to resolve issues and prevent negative word-of-mouth.
