What does NPS Score mean?

NPS is short for Net Promoter Score.

The Net Promoter Score is an index ranging from -100 to 100 that measures the willingness of your customers to recommend your products or services to their peers. The NPS score on the Dashboard will tell you how you are performing on overall satisfaction and loyalty.

If you have a lot of promoters (rating 9-10) and few detractors (rating 0-6), the NPS will be high. But if you have a lot of detractors and few promoters, the total NPS score will be low.
