What types of campaigns can I choose from?

NPS Email

Start off quick by finding out your Net Promoter Score and get valuable feedback from customers after they have experienced your event/product. This is a great way to measure customer loyalty by finding out how likely your customers are to recommend your event/your product.

The NPS Email is typically sent out directly after the customers have been to your event/experienced your product. They are then asked to rate and review their experience. 

NPS Recommendation SMS or Email

Find out your Net Promoter Score, get valuable feedback and publish reviews from customers after they have experienced your event/product. Increase word of mouth by letting customers share their recommendations directly to friends and followers. This campaign type is available with SMS or email as distribution channel.

The NPS Recommendation is usually sent out directly after customers have been to your event/experienced your product. They are then asked to rate, review and recommend their experience to their friends, by sharing a promotional message on social media. The friends of your customers will see the message, click the link to find out more and make a purchase. 

Referral SMS

Increase your online word-of-mouth by letting your fans tell their friends about you. Perfect when you want to build a buzz around a product, create a pre-event hype or boost your sales. The referral campaign type is available with SMS as distribution channel.

A Referral SMS could be sent to your customers after they have made a purchase, for example, bought a ticket to an event. The customers are then asked to tell their friends about your event/product, by sharing a promotional message on social media. The friends of your customers will see the message and click the link to find out more and make a purchase.
