How to structure a contact list

Here's a great example of how your list should be structured

(Filetype csv or xlsx)

First name Last name Email Phone no
Jolie Andersson 7899903322
Emma Johnson 46731234567
Dan Miller 701234567

If you are doing an email sendout, the customer's email address is the most crucial. If you are doing an SMS sendout, the customer's phone number is the most important. Makes sense, right? ;)

You can also add more information/columns as well, for example the date when you're customer is attending your event (if you're an event company that is :).
