What formats should the photos be in?

Note: We use the same formats for both SMS and e-mail campaigns.

There are three different image types;

1. The first one is a logo or branding image used for NPS Rating page and Incentives page. The format should be: width = 300px, height = 200px.

2. The second one is for social media, when customers shares your message. The format should be:  width = 1200px, height = 630px. The picture should not be covered with more than 20% text, to comply with Facebook rules.

3. The third is optional and could be used as background image for NPS Rating page and Incentives page (only SMS campaigns). The format should be: width = 500px, height = 333px (landscape) or width = 500px, height = 665px (portrait).
